Plan early

Plan the plumbing around your project

Share your drawings, specifications and programme so we can discuss the scope and the stages involved. Early conversations about fixture selections, drainage, access and roof details help identify questions while there is still time to work through them.

Keep scope and selections clear

Include the information you already have about tapware, appliances, hot water and other systems. Flag provisional selections and any items that sit outside the current drawings. These details give us a better starting point for discussing what is included and what needs further review.

What to include with your plans

A useful starting point

  • Drawings and specifications
  • Fixture schedules and provisional selections
  • Available engineering and drainage information
  • Programme and key plumbing dates
  • Access constraints and items still to be selected

Across the build

Connect the stages

A whole-house package brings the plumbing scope into one conversation. Depending on your plans, that can include underground drainage, underfloor sewer, water and waste pipework, roofing and stormwater, hot water systems and final fixture installation.

“Rough-in” is the pipework installed before walls and floors are closed. “Fit-off” is the installation of the visible fixtures and final connections. Considering both together helps connect the planned layout with the finished rooms.

Keep the finished home in view

Your client will see the final fittings every day. The work behind those fittings also matters. View our internal pipework, drainage, roofing and finished rooms to see the breadth of work we can discuss for your next build.

Helpful answers

Before you enquire

A few things to help you plan your next step.

Can you look after the plumbing for a whole new home?

A whole-house package can cover drainage, internal water and waste services, roofing and stormwater, hot water and final fittings. The included work depends on your plans and the agreed scope.

When should I get in touch?

Enquire while you are planning the work, especially if you have drawings or a proposed start date. Early contact gives us an opportunity to discuss the scope and availability before the relevant stages are locked in.

Do I need finished plans before I enquire?

No. Tell us where you are up to and share what you have. Detailed pricing and scheduling may need more information, but you can start the conversation before every selection is made.
