Frequently asked questions

Help with planning your plumbing project

Answers to common questions about scope, plans, timing and getting started.

Helpful answers

Before you enquire

A few things to help you plan your next step.

Do you work with builders and homeowners?

Yes. We work with custom-home builders and homeowners on new homes, renovations and residential plumbing projects. Tell us what you are planning so we can discuss whether the work is a suitable fit.

Can you look after the plumbing for a whole new home?

A whole-house package can cover drainage, internal water and waste services, roofing and stormwater, hot water and final fittings. The included work depends on your plans and the agreed scope.

When should I get in touch?

Enquire while you are planning the work, especially if you have drawings or a proposed start date. Early contact gives us an opportunity to discuss the scope and availability before the relevant stages are locked in.

Do I need finished plans before I enquire?

No. Tell us where you are up to and share what you have. Detailed pricing and scheduling may need more information, but you can start the conversation before every selection is made.

What areas do you cover?

We work on the Mornington Peninsula. Include your suburb or postcode with your enquiry so we can confirm whether we can assist at your location.

Can you tell me the cost from a photo?

Photos help explain the work, but a price depends on the scope, site conditions and selected products. Send the details you have so we can discuss what information or assessment is needed.
